What information does Automate Your Hustle CRM collect and store?


Personal Information


When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Automate Your Hustle CRM requires you to provide your personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (these are referred to below as your “Personal Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services, Automate Your Hustle CRM also requires you to provide financial and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Services (“Billing Information”).


Data, Diagnostic & Login Information


Using Automate Your Hustle CRM’s Services, you will be able to create, upload, store and share information such as company description, email ID, logo, photos, custom emails, user email IDs, etc. (this is collectively referred to below as “Data”). This information will be stored and maintained on Automate Your Hustle CRM’s web site. If you run into technical errors in the course of using the Services, Automate Your Hustle CRM may request your permission to obtain a crash report along with certain logging information from your system documenting the error (“Diagnostic Information”). Such information may contain information regarding your Operating System version, hardware, browser version (and .NET version information in case of Windows systems), and your email address, if provided. Additionally, certain login information is maintained in a cookie stored locally on your computer (i.e. not on a server) in order to streamline the login process (“Login Information”).


Analytics Information


As you navigate Automate Your Hustle CRMs website and use our Services, Automate Your Hustle CRM may also collect information through the use of frequently used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”). Website Navigational Information includes standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on Automate Your Hustle CRM’s website (such as web pages viewed and links clicked). Collectively, this information is referred to as “Analytics Information.”


Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.


Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Geo-Location Information


Automate Your Hustle CRM does not collect any information regarding your real-time geo-location while using the Services; however, it may do so at some point in the future. We will request your permission before collecting such information.


What does Automate Your Hustle CRM do with the information it collects?


Automate Your Hustle CRM uses the information it collects in the following ways:


Personal Contact Information – We use this information primarily to administer our Services to you and provide you with updates and product announcements. Per the Privacy and Conditions, we may use some of your information for marketing purposes, as explained below.

Data, Diagnostic Information and Login Information – We use this information solely for the purpose of administering and improving our Services to you.


Analytics Information – Automate Your Hustle CRM may use your Analytics Information in conjunction with an analytics service such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze use of the Services, for the Services’ technical administration, to increase the Services’ functionality and user-friendliness, and to verify users have the authorization required for the Services to process their requests.


Sharing & Disclosure of Private Information


Third Party Applications and Your Use


Automate Your Hustle CRM provides users with the ability to link to their Data on third party sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Such linking is at the complete discretion of users. Because of this, Automate Your Hustle CRM cannot be held responsible or liable for the linking of user’s Data to such third party sites, nor for how these third party sites use such links.


Marketing and Publicity


Per our Privacy and Conditions, you agree to permit Automate Your Hustle CRM to identify you as a customer and to use your name and/or logo in Automate Your Hustle CRM’s website and marketing materials.


Sale of Personal Information


Automate Your Hustle CRM does not sell, rent, or trade your private information to any third parties in any way.


Service Providers and Business Partners

We share information with service providers under contract who help with our business operations such as payment and order processing, fraud investigation, bill collection, and information management and analytics. If content generation is included in your services, we may share information with service providers under contract to create, edit and/or publish such content. These third parties are obligated to protect your information and are contractually prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. They are never permitted to share your information with any third parties. They are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to Automate Your Hustle CRM.


We disclose information that we, in good faith, believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activity, to conduct investigations of violations of our Privacy of Use and/or to protect our right, protect your safety and the safety of others. For example, this means that if we conduct a fraud investigation and conclude that one side has engaged in deceptive practices, we reserve the right to provide that person or entity’s contact information (but not bank account or credit card information) to victims who request it.


We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action. When a user signs up for a co-branded version of our service through links to Automate Your Hustle CRM.com from our co-branded partner’s website, Automate Your Hustle CRM will share with the co-branded partner that user’s name, e-mail address and physical address in order to provide enhanced integration between Automate Your Hustle CRM’s services and the services of our co-branded partner. If you do not want your information shared with Automate Your Hustle CRM’s co-branded partner, sign up for Automate Your Hustle CRM directly through Automate Your Hustle CRM.com and other sub-domains and not through a link from our partner’s website.


We disclose information to your agent or legal representative (such as the holder of a power of attorney that you grant, or a guardian appointed for you).


We share information with companies that provide public relations and marketing services for us. Such information will only be shared by us to customize, measure and improve our products, services and advertising. It will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. The implementation of our Services, by its very nature, may require revealing your personally identifiable information in order to effect removal of Internet content about you. For example, we may have to disclose your name to a website in order to notify them to remove Internet content about you. This occurs with your express permission for a specific, given purpose.


Internal Uses of Your Personally Identifiable Information


We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you the Services, you may delete your account (this will be done by Automate Your Hustle CRM’s customer care team). If you delete your account, your Data will no longer be stored in our servers. While we try to delete your Data from our servers as quickly as possible, please be aware that there may be a delay from the time you delete your account to the time that your Data is removed, and that some of your Data may continue to exist for a period in backup copies.


Changes To Privacy Policy

If we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by e-mail through the primary e-mail address specified in your account and/or post those changes to this Privacy Policy on the Website homepage prior to the changes taking effect. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you.

Welcome to Automate Your Hustle CRM! Our aim is to offer exceptional service and a seamless experience for our users. Below is our refund policy that outlines the procedures and conditions related to cancelling your Automate Your Hustle CRM subscription.

Refund Policy: Automate Your Hustle CRM provides users with licensed access to an All-In-One marketing software that is designed to organize business contacts and save time by automating sales and marketing tasks in one system including but not limited to text messages, sending emails, and making phone calls. This marketing software is for entrepreneurs and businesses. Functionality includes Contact Manager (CRM) with SmartLists, Email, 2-way SMS, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Call Recording, Form Builder, Survey Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Online Scheduling, Automation Campaigns, Reporting, and more (collectively referred to as “Automate Your Hustle CRM”).

Our refund policy is simple: Within the first 7 days of signing up for Automate Your Hustle CRM, you're eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, email help@automateyourhustle.com to cancel your subscription. After 7 days, all payments are nonrefundable, and no credits are provided for partially used subscriptions. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of your current billing cycle. We retain the right to decline refunds for individuals who abuse this Refund Policy.

Please be aware that refunds will incur a 4.5% Transaction Fee, which is a fee completed by the merchant processor that is non-refundable to Automate Your Hustle CRM and will be passed on to the client. The refund amount will be reduced by this fee.

Refunds will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. To initiate a refund, please email us at help@automateyourhustle.com and request a Refund Authorization Form. Once the form is received and authorized, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of our product. Refunds are also not available for any charges beyond the initial purchase, including but not limited to monthly subscription fees, add-ons, or upgrades.

Eligibility for 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Our 7-day money-back guarantee is designed for new customers ('new signups') who initiate their subscription with us. This guarantee applies to their initial subscription purchase and allows them to request a refund of subscription fees within 7 days if they are unsatisfied. However, please note that this guarantee does not apply to existing customers who have been with us for more than 7 days.

Account Termination and Data Retention: If you decide to terminate your Automate Your Hustle CRM account, you may do so by sending an email to help@automateyourhustle.com. Please be aware that upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system. Refunds for Unused Credits or Features: If you haven't utilized the features included in your subscription plan, whether by choice or otherwise, it's important to note that unused features are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, any credits remaining in your account are non-refundable. We encourage you to explore and utilize the features and credits available to you to make the most of your subscription. In the event of cancellation, neither the unused features nor the remaining credits will be refunded.

SMS and Email Usage Fees: Important to note is that any fees associated with SMS and email usage are non-refundable. This includes charges for, but not limited to, telephony usage, text messages (SMS) and emails, which cannot be refunded. Refunds, when applicable, pertain solely to the monthly subscription fee.

Notification of Refund Authorization: In our commitment to transparency and effective communication, we strive to keep you informed throughout the refund process. Once the refund is formally authorized, an official email notification will be dispatched to the email address associated with your Automate Your Hustle CRM account. This email will serve as a formal acknowledgment, confirming the initiation of the refund process. Our objective is to maintain a professional and transparent approach, ensuring you are well-informed at every stage of the refund procedure.

Refund Process: To request a refund, users eligible as per our cancellation policy should initiate the process by sending an email to help@automateyourhustle.com from their registered Automate Your Hustle CRM account email address with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Within 1-2 business days, our billing team will acknowledge the receipt of the refund request and, if applicable, authorize the refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. The refund amount, calculated based on the policy, minus any relevant transaction fees, will be processed within 7-14 business days and notified to users via email. This structured process aligns with our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

Trial Offer, Automatic Enrollment And Payment, And Cancellation: Where we offer you a free trial of Automate Your Hustle CRM, such free trial will start immediately after your registration and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time you register. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of Automate Your Hustle CRM and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to
Automate Your Hustle CRM do not qualify for a further free trial period.

Automate Your Hustle CRM will email a reminder that your trial is ending at least 3 days prior to you being charged. If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address help@automateyourhustle.com, or by canceling your free trial through your Account Dashboard. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full Automate Your Hustle CRM monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel.

Authorized Payment Method: You must keep a valid payment method on file with Automate Your Hustle CRM to pay for all fees. Automate Your Hustle CRM will charge applicable fees to any valid payment method that you authorize (“Authorized Payment Method”), and Automate Your Hustle CRM will continue to charge the Authorized Payment Method for applicable fees until this Agreement is terminated, and any and all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

Payment Agreement: By purchasing Automate Your Hustle CRM, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected plan at the time of purchase. You can choose to pay monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. If you select the monthly plan, your credit card will be charged each month on the date of your initial purchase. If you select the annual plan, your credit card will be charged once a year on the date of your initial purchase.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, please do so before the next billing cycle to avoid any further charges. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will have access to Automate Your Hustle CRM until the end of your billing cycle. You are responsible for any remaining balances, whether you use Automate Your Hustle CRM or not.

Please note that Automate Your Hustle CRM reserves the right to change its pricing and payment terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to our pricing or payment terms on our website and via email. If you continue to use our product after any such changes, you agree to the new pricing and payment terms.
